BMW 3-Serie: 328i - 1996 - Alarm wil er niet meer vanaf.

Bouwjaar: 1996, Brandstof: Benzine, Motorcode: 2.8i

Good afternoon , I have a bmw 328i from 1996. I locked my car yesterday ; but it wont open anymore with the remote. I can open the door using the key; but since the alarm is on the lights + alarm sound comes on. Does anybody know how this can start spontaneously??

i was told by previous owner that the alarm can only be deactivated using the remote. I put a new battery in the remote but that didnt help.

Thanks a bunch for any hints!

Joe,

Praat je ook Nederlands ? :)

Is het een origineel alarm of achteraf ingebouwt ?

Hello,

I have a 730i, last night i had the same problem. When i phoned the dealer this morning he told me something about a remote, i told him i don't have one and asked him how to solve the problem in atother way.
I also tried the way the instruction told me. Get in the car (alarm goes on) close the door, put the key in the ignition, turn it to level 1 (alarm goes again for 30 sec) than wait in the car for 15minutes...but that didn't work either...
The man from the dealer had no idee, told me i had a problem!!!

But my problem is solved...i disconected the - pole from the battery last night and when i put it back today the light from the alarm turned back on,but i immediatelly turned with my key the door on lock and back...then i turned it one click to the right so it's closed without the alarm activated.
the alarmlight didn't go on(that's good) and i could start my car again, yessss.
so now i will not close my car without the alarm, just turn it 1 click to the right

hope you can do something with this.
or maybee you can try it by putting the red(+) and the brown(-) for a few seconds together so that the computer will reset itself...good luck
