Hey,
When you open the door, the window should immediately drop a bit. In my 2011 VW Eos this is not happening fast enough at the left door. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks.

It could be too much friction.
Or a worm windowmotor or a bad contact somewhere in the linea.
First try to grease the window-path if possible
