Moet er iets aan de distributie los van een TUD5 motor om de klepspeling te kunnen controleren/afstellen?
De garage zegt van wel, de Olvink vraagbaak zegt van niet. Wie heeft gelijk?

Does any one know the valve clearance on a Peugeot 106 1.5 diesel?
Answer:
Yes, the inlet valve clearance should be 0.15mm and exhaust 0.30. They must be checked/adjusted cold. The cold starting problem on these is quite common, I've never worked out why, but the gaps close up, you wont be able to get any feeler gauges in. I have cured probably about 10 of these 106/saxo engines (TUD5), you need to remove the shims from the valve lifters and replace them with ones of a smaller value, they are not adjustable. It's not really a DIY job unless you are very mechanically minded. Good luck!

what is the problem with it?
if it has problems starting from cold and it sounds like low compression
there was a Tech bulitin a good few years ago about the valve cl;earences
you would be better going to yoour local peugeot garage and see if they can dig them out again
